Why Adslark

An agency for people who have already been burned by one.

We hear the same four stories on audit calls: fees that rise with your spend, reports no one can reconcile, juniors after the pitch, and ad accounts held hostage. We built Adslark to remove each one.

01— Our story

Small senior team. Fixed process. Honest numbers.

Adslark started as an in-house growth team that outgrew the brand it served. The work that mattered was never the ad copy. It was clean tracking, a creative loop that never stalls and budget rules nobody could talk their way around.

Today we run Meta, Google and TikTok for D2C, SaaS and local service brands. We stay small on purpose, so the person who audits your account is the person who runs it.

01

Margin before ROAS

A 4x ROAS on a 30% margin product loses money once fulfilment and returns land. We set targets from your contribution margin, then work backwards to nCAC.

02

Rules before spend

Kill and scale thresholds are written and agreed before a campaign launches. Decisions follow the rule, not the mood in the room.

03

You own everything

Ad accounts, pixels, GA4, dashboards and creative files sit in your business. We are admins, not landlords.

04

Senior hours on your account

Your senior buyer works your account every week. Junior support never replaces senior judgment on budget moves.

05

Losers get post-mortems

Every failed test gets a written reason and goes in the shared log. That library is half the value of the retainer.

06

Bad news goes first

If spend is leaking or a test failed, you hear it in the weekly Loom, not at the end of the month.

02— The team

Four roles on every account.

Roles, not headcount. On smaller plans one person covers two roles. On Scale each role is dedicated.

ROLE

Senior Media Buyer

Owns structure, budgets and the scale and kill rules.

Reports on: Weekly spend moves, nCAC and MER vs target.

ROLE

Creative Strategist

Owns angles, hooks, briefs and the creative sprint.

Reports on: Hook rate, winner rate and the test log.

ROLE

Tracking Lead

Owns CAPI, GA4, UTMs and the dashboard.

Reports on: Data match rate, event quality and reconciliation.

ROLE

CRO Specialist

Owns landing audits, tests and message match.

Reports on: Conversion rate, revenue per session and test velocity.

03— How we work

No black box.

You see what we see, when we see it.

01

Async Slack

A shared channel with your senior buyer. Questions answered within one business day, usually faster.

02

Weekly Loom

A 6 to 10 minute plain-English video: what changed, what we did, what is next. Watch it at 1.5x.

03

Live dashboard

MER, nCAC, spend and margin overlay. Updated daily. Yours to keep.

04

Rules in writing

Kill and scale thresholds per campaign in a shared doc. Changes are logged with a reason.

04— Guarantees and ownership

What you get in writing.

  • You own ad accounts, pixels, GA4 properties, dashboards and creative files from day one.
  • 90-day sprint to rebuild and stabilise, then monthly rolling.
  • Cancel with 30 days notice at any time. No exit fee.
  • Full handover of documents, logins and creative if you leave.
  • Written kill and scale rules before launch.

What we do not guarantee

We do not promise a ROAS number. Anyone who does is guessing at your offer, margins and market before seeing your data.

We guarantee the process: tracking you can audit, tests that finish, decisions with a written reason and a report every week. Review pricing or the results we have documented.

Free ad audit

Find the leak before you spend another dollar.

Free audit of your Meta, Google or TikTok account. Written findings in two business days. No pitch deck.
