1. Using this website
The content on adslark.com is for general information. Results shown on case study pages are illustrative and are not a promise of future performance. You may not copy or republish site content without written permission.
2. The free ad audit
The audit is provided free and without obligation. It is based on the access and information you give us. Findings are recommendations, not guarantees.
3. Retainer summary
- Fees: flat monthly retainer as stated on the pricing page or in your proposal. Fees do not depend on your ad spend.
- Ad spend: paid by you directly to Meta, Google, TikTok or other platforms. It is not included in our fee.
- Term: a 90-day sprint, then monthly rolling.
- Cancellation: either party may end the agreement with 30 days written notice after the sprint. No exit fee.
- Billing: monthly in advance. Fees for work already delivered are not refundable.
- Add-ons: priced separately and agreed in writing before work starts.
The signed proposal or services agreement is the binding document. If it conflicts with this summary, the signed agreement applies.
4. Ownership
You own your ad accounts, pixels, analytics properties, customer data and the creative produced for you, subject to third-party licences such as stock music or creator usage rights set out in each brief. We keep ownership of our internal frameworks, templates and methods.
5. Your responsibilities
You will provide timely access, accurate information, approvals and compliance with platform policies and applicable law, including for your products, claims and offers.
6. No guarantee of results
Advertising results depend on many factors outside our control, including your offer, pricing, margins, market, seasonality and platform changes. We do not guarantee any specific ROAS, revenue, lead volume or cost target.
7. Platforms
Adslark is not affiliated with Meta, Google or TikTok. Their platforms are governed by their own terms. Account suspensions and policy decisions are made by the platforms.
8. Confidentiality
