2. What we collect

• Audit and contact forms: name, work email, website URL, monthly budget range, main channel and the challenge you describe. Submitting a form opens your email app with these details pre-filled to hello@adslark.com. The data reaches us only when you send that email.
• Newsletter signup: your email address, sent to us by email when you confirm.
• Email correspondence: anything you send us.
• Client data: if you become a client, we access your ad accounts, analytics and store data under a separate agreement.

3. How we use it

• To prepare and send your free ad audit.
• To reply to your enquiry and follow up once or twice about it.
• To send the newsletter, if you subscribed.
• To improve our website and services.

4. We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as email, scheduling and project tools, and only as needed to provide the service.

5. Cookies and third parties

This site does not set advertising cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends a request, including your IP address, to Google. If we add analytics or advertising pixels in future, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.

6. Retention

We keep enquiry emails for up to 24 months unless you become a client or ask us to delete them sooner. Client data is handled under the client agreement and returned or deleted on request when the engagement ends.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to processing and to withdraw consent. Email hello@adslark.com and we will respond within 30 days.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data. No system is completely secure, so we encourage you not to send passwords or payment details by email.

9. Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
